Sarich remains a “healthy scratch” (if he is healthy I believe he should play over Staios and Pardy) Stajan returns from a shoulder injury while Kotalik, Stone, Langkow, Bourque, Pardy and Ivanans remain out with injuries.

Keys to success for the Flames, create confidence and success on the power play. Also the “#1” line of Iginla, Jokinen and Tanguay has to start producing and showing why the coach has them playing together. And continue the solid Penalty Kill.

Things to watch: Higgins, Stillman and Reinprecht return to the dome as former Flames players. While Bouwmeester, Jokinen and Meyer play their old club tonight! Also keep an eye on Hordichuk and Jackman, although Jackman just got some dental work done I still see these two dropping the gloves! In the Past we have also seen Vokoun show his displeasure with Iginla; will we see that again tonight? Don’t forget Staios and Stajan will play their first game of the year, so let’s see in what “game” condition they will be in.
